We’ve carefully fine-tuned a blend of hops from the Pacific Northwest to create crisp aromas and flavors of tangerine, pine and fresh cut flowers for our American Pale Ale. DYNO revs up with late hop additions igniting the right flash of bitterness along with intense citrus and floral bursts to make this a full bore hop hot rod.

With its light body and effervescent carbonation, SILO is the perfect brew after a long day working in the fields or strolling through your local farmer’s market!

FOTO #FRESH – a great example of keeping it local! We use hops grown on Gerhard Farm in Pine City, MN. The hops are picked in the morning and then thrown right into the boil in the kettle that afternoon. You can’t get any “FRESHer than this – and you’ll only find it in Minnesota.

ORA, our amber beauty, visits when the leaves begin to change. Her visit is short, but delightful. ORA combines rich caramel and toasted malts for a complex flavor and mouthfeel. An herbal hop aroma and flavor complement the complex malt character and moderate bitterness. A subtle layer of smoke wraps up the experience in a truly seasonal way.

GOSLAR

GOSLAR, our Gose-styled beer is brewed with Sea Salt and Coriander. Souring the boil kettle produces a tart dry finish and a hint of lemony aroma. The traditional, unfiltered, bottle conditioning of the brew gives it a nice head of foam. This recipe was created by brewer “Bad” Andy Ruhland!

HALUCIDATION

We collaborate with Minnesota’s premier wine producer, Parley Lakes, to produce a unique beer/wine hybrid.  This experimental blend celebrates our anniversary.  It changes from year to year, depending on the Minnesota grown grapes we use to blend with SILO.  Always interesting, never predictable!

SURFSIDE

This special beer is brewed just for Mound’s Spirit of The Lake’s celebration.  It’s always a secret until it’s released at one of the local bars in late June!  Be sure to come out to Mound and have a pint!

Every year the winner of our Brewer For the Day competition brews the winning recipe with our brewers at our brewery.  We release it in late summer exclusively at our taproom and enter it into a premier beer festival competition!
